Commission for Insurance Quality Management (CGAQ)

Roles and Composition
The Quality Insurance Management Commission (CGAQ) is responsible for activities related to the annual monitoring and periodic review of the programme, with particular attention to identifying strengths and weaknesses and defining the corrective actions to be undertaken.

The Annual Monitoring Report (formerly Annual Review) collects and analyses the most significant data of the study programme for each academic year. It includes the analysis of quantitative indicators calculated by ANVUR regarding student careers, attractiveness, internationalization, graduate employability, and the adequacy and consistency of the teaching staff of the programme.

The Periodic Review concerns the monitoring and analysis of the entire study programme over a multi-year period established by the central bodies of the University. It includes an in-depth self-assessment of the overall progress of the programme, based on all elements considered during the reference period.

The CGAQ collects the necessary documentation, analyses data and indicators, and prepares the Annual Monitoring Report and the Periodic Review Report of the study programme to be submitted to the Council for approval, with particular attention to the identified issues, the related corrective actions to be undertaken, and the monitoring of these actions in the following years.
